As a local wedding vendor, we've had the opportunity to see some incredible venues throughout the area. Here are (just a few!) of our favorites.


If you're looking for a cozy yet modern feel, Maven Monroe is one to have on your list. Nestled in the heart of Wilmington, NC, this former church has been transformed into a stunning event venue where romance and southern charm come together. Think white brick exterior framed by fragrant jasmine and the iconic blue front door...

There's a reason Wrightsville Manor is book nearly every day of the week! Its location and aesthetic make it a beautiful choice for couples who want a sophisticated coastal wedding without sacrificing the charm of an intimate event. An enchanting indoor/outdoor space draped in ivy where guests naturally mingle, making it a great setting for an audio guestbook during cocktail hour or the reception.


We may be biased - the Manor is where we were married just this past June!


For couples who want something with a little more character, Brooklyn Arts brings a completely different feel. Located in the Brooklyn Arts District, the venue has an urban, historic atmosphere that works particularly well for couples who don't want a traditional ballroom wedding.


If your wedding vision includes a little more Southern charm, Canterbury Stables is worth considering. The setting offers a different experience from downtown Wilmington and works beautifully for couples looking for a more relaxed, romantic atmosphere. Picture your guests mingling outdoors, enjoying cocktail hour, and stopping by the vintage phone to leave you a message before heading to the reception.



For couples dreaming of a farm wedding, Oak & Fennel Farms is another Wilmington-area venue to consider. There's something inherently special about a wedding surrounded by open space, natural scenery, and the people you love.


This 16-acre farm-turned-wedding-venue feels deeply connected to the land, perfect for a wedding that is timeless, natural and full of quiety beauty.



If you're looking for something with personality, Bakery 105 is a Wilmington favorite worth checking out. The historic setting and unique atmosphere make it a great option for couples who want their wedding to feel less cookie-cutter and more like an extension of their own style.


The Elia is another beautiful Wilmington option for couples looking for an elegant wedding-day setting. Its polished atmosphere makes it easy to create a sophisticated celebration while still adding personal details throughout the space. With over 7,000 sq feet of open floor plan layout, The Elia can host up to 175 guests, making it one of the largest wedding venues in downtown!
